I run interactive workshops for groups of up to 12 people. 

These sessions are designed to introduce you people to the Know-Learn-Grow to Change approach to build their change capability. They apply the knowledge immediately to an organisational change that is kicking off. 

This way we are moving your team from passive receivers of information in a course to active participants building their new change knowledge and applying it to a real organisational problem.
